This Cave is active and alive. The water circulations are everywhere, since the entrance, depending the season. The living species that inhabit it arouse our curiosity. From small to very small, we know that there are, but they take refuge in the most distant narrow openings to protect themselves and hide from our eyes. Our motto is "look but do not touch", to safeguard and preserve, to future generations, this underground universe so different from our surface. Along the about 250mt of the tourist route on the safety walkway , you can admire a series of real natural monuments. “Stalactites” and “stalagmites”, that often join to form large and majestic "columns", leaving on the sides "sails" and on the background "pours", with roofs and vaults adorned with a huge amount of "cannulas" and "eccentric". Real "nests of aragonite", with carbonate depositions that defy gravity. During the tourist journey, you meet the romantic lake, partly with low roof and partly dominated by a large "diaclasis". A phenomena of "mountain milk" and chromatic variations of carbonates occur in various parts of the cave, even inside the same "salt".
